Job Description

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve company sales targets.
• Lead, direct, and monitor the sales team to ensure effective execution of sales activities and achievement of targets.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports based on established targets and plans.
• Develop and implement team development plans to support organizational needs and strengthen the required competencies of the sales team.
• Conduct regular coaching and counseling to identify performance gaps, sales challenges, and operational obstacles, while providing appropriate solutions and guidance.
• Evaluate individual and team sales performance and implement necessary improvement actions to maximize sales results.
• Ensure the achievement of sales targets in accordance with the company’s established objectives and expectations.

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor in the automotive industry.
• Experience with Toyota and/or Daihatsu brands is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Honest, disciplined, and results-oriented.
• Willing to be placed in Bekasi or Tangerang.
